INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOUR USE OF RESTOLOGIA MOBILE APPLICATION

When using Restologia Mobile application, we collect information, including the following:

Order and booking data: Whenever an order or booking is performed through the Mobile application,
the date and time of the order/booking is recorded, along with the contents of the order/reservations, amount due,
and any other information necessary to complete the order/reservation.

Usage information: We collect information about your use of the Mobile application, to include login times,
any changes made to the software configuration, and the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, pages visited, browser information, GPS location,
and operating system information.

Cookies: Cookies may be used to temporarily store information on your computer/device to help you better utilize
our online services and for analytical purposes.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the above-mentioned information for, but not limited to, the following objectives:

Improve our Services and our Support to the users of our Mobile application;

Determine usage trends of our Mobile application;

and provide the appropriate authorities with requested data related to any reported illegal activity;

We share your information with your favorite restaurants who can contact you for marketing purposes.

LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUESTS AND SECURITY

Restologia will comply with all court orders requesting data or other information.

We enforce reasonable means, including administrative, technical, and physical security measures,
to help protect your personal information from any outside or unauthorized access.
However, we cannot guarantee and are not liable if your information is accessed by an unauthorized party.

Our Mobile application may have links to other websites or Mobile applications.
